I have noticed that importing from excel sheet of trade book skips capturing the STT and other charges. It has not captured these values since JULY. I am assuming the format may have been changed by Zerodha. The PDF file from console reads BUY transactions as SELL transactions. The daily email CNs don't even read transactions just contract numbers. I have updated and tried deleting and adding templates but still same thing.

      Dear Zomby,

Due to SEBI regulation there is change in the contract note formats. Zerodha Securities has issued new contracts AFTER July 15, 2019 with "Exchange" column effect.

      Please find the details below:

PDF Contract Notes received in daily email:

To receive the new templates, follow the instructions below:

      1. Open MProfit and click on the Import button. Right click on the Favourites list and select "Update the template list"

      2. From the Brokers Contract Notes list select "Zerodha Sec. Daily Email CN - PDF (v2)" and add it.

      3. From the F&O list select "Zerodha Sec. Daily Email F&O CN - PDF (v2)" and add it.

      4. Import your files and let us know if everything is working fine.

Please note that these templates support import of contract notes received in daily email.

We would like to know if Zerodha has started providing expenses separately in tradebook format. As of now there are no expenses in tradebook.

You can check import with these templates. If you face any issue please send us sample tradebook file to [email protected] so we can check and provide import support.
