How do I import from Moneycontrol in Mprofit?

You can import your stock transactions from your Moneycontrol portfolio into MProfit. We don't support mutual fund transactions as they don't have folio numbers.

1. Login to your account -> http://www.moneycontrol.com/portfoli...lio_signup.php

2. Make sure you are using Version 3.0 as the default.

3. Go to Transaction History.





4. Select an account (do not use ALL).







5. Select the Financial year and then select "Export to Excel".






6. Open the file in Excel and then Save As "Excel 97-2003 Workbook" Format.


7. From MProfit Software use "Moneycontrol - Stocks" Template to import it.

This does not work. When I use the moneycontrol data, i get error that file format is not supported
